I often think of simpler times and what was available. Good fats to me justify CERTAIN grass fed meats but especially the buttered latte thing. It is difficult to get motivated to include proper exercise but my go to this year is working my belly fat muffin thru hip flexor training (I know, I knew nothing about it either until I saw this: https://bit.ly/2LQ02dH which has been working). THANK YOU for saying cheese is ok! Any idea how to have it without feeling bloated? Maybe you can elaborate if ALL cheeses have the same beneficial qualities or just SOME of them? Great article!
